Welcome to the web-site of the Little Abbey Bowmen. This site contains information on the location, members and rules of the club, as well as links to more general archery-related sites.

  The club aims to promote and encourage archery.
This does not include bow hunting or crossbows.

  During the winter (from the beginning of October to the end of May), we meet on Sundays 10am-12pm at the White Hill Centre, Chesham, Bucks.
  From the beginning of June to the end of September, we meet at Newlands Park College, Gorelands Lane, Chalfont St Giles, Bucks.

NOTICE - 10-Apr-01
  With the increasing numbers of members wishing to shoot on Sunday mornings and being restricted to 6 targets, different ways of extending the shooting time were considered. For example having afternoon sessions, but members generally still wanted to shoot in the mornings. A compromise was decided upon.
  Now, each Sunday morning until and including 1st July 2001 shooting will be from 10.00am to 1.00pm. By then we hope that the restrictions on the use of our outdoor range at Newlands Park will have been lifted.
